About Me


As a retail wine specialist, exposure to anything from traditional old-world selections to new market trends encompasses a large part of my job.  I’m also a Certified Executive Sommelier through the International Wine Guild, where I’m currently working on obtaining my advanced certification.  On a trip to France, I discovered my passion for wine, most notably the wines of Bordeaux, Burgundy and the Loire Valley.  I’ve also had the fun privilege of attending Oregon Pinot Camp and a number of specialized seminars including several on my favorite topic – food and wine pairing.
